Yes — same one-to-one lessons, same follow-up, wherever you are.
Private or online lessons: let us know 24 hours ahead and we reschedule (up to 2 reschedules per term). In a group, a missed session isn't made up, but we send you the materials and the homework. A lesson cancelled by the school is always made up or refunded, and on stormy days we switch to online rather than cancel.
Pay as you go: you pay lesson by lesson, with no fixed term. With a term package (13 weeks of lessons) or a semester package (26 weeks), counted outside school holidays, your slot is booked every week and the hourly rate is lower. You pay in one go, or monthly — 3 instalments for a term, 6 for a semester, at no extra cost — by direct debit or card. You have 14 days to change your mind. After that, for a serious reason (health, moving away), the remaining lessons are refunded; if you stop for another reason, they become a credit for their value, valid for 12 months and usable by the whole family. In a group, one student leaving changes nothing for the others: the group carries on until the end of the package.
